- Million Dollar plus settlement for a cyclist hit by a truck. This was the full amount of insurance available to the driver of the truck. The precise amount is confidential at the insistence of the liability insurance carrier and cannot be disclosed.
- $750,000.00 settlement for a pedestrian hit by a van.
- $250,000.00 policy limit settlement for the driver of a car rear-ended by another car in a low speed collision.
- $275,000.00 settlement for the passenger of a car which was side swiped.
